MAZUT 100 GOST¨C1058575 100,000 MT per month. CIF China main port.
Price: Fixed price no platts.
Contract term: spot deal.
End destination:JP54 D2 FOB Rotterdam,M100 China main port.
Inspection: SGS at loading port paid by seller.
Payment method: MT103-23 RDLC.
Procedures:
1,seller issues FCO;
2,buyer issues ICPO with buyer¡¯s bank coordination;
3,seller issues comtract and invoice;
4,seller and buyer signed the contract;
5,contract lodge both banks;
6,seller issues SGS and tank storage recipet(TSR);
7,after verify seller¡¯s SGS,TSR,buyer bank issues irrevocable,non-transferable,divisible DLC;
8,seller issues DIP test authorization letter;
9,buyer conducts DIP test;
10, buyer pay via MT103;
11, title transfers to buyer;
12, lifting.
